Original Dare Dare Artwork?

Hi all, someone I know has got this piece of original artwork. Sadly we don't know much more about it and would love to know more. Doing some research it's potentially by Frank Hampson, but would love to know more? There is also an inscription saying vol 15/36/2 which can't be a date, but not sure what else it could be.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
