Talking Doctor Who. I got the 1965 William Hartnell annual myself. Always wanted to get the 1971 Pertwee pink Annual. A bit pricey. Not prepared to pay inflated prices asked. If one was mint, I might push the boat out.

I also had delivery of the 1962 Dandy and my 1962/63 Topper annuals, including my comic bags & boards today. They were in as good condition as I had hoped , especially the Dandy. Don't think it's ever been read. Will upload some pics asap. :)
The pink annual is supposedly rare due to a lower print amount than usual and on Ebay I saw last night that you can get a sellotaped spine, pen writing on pages etc copy for only £150!!!!
Or you can get a nicer looking version for £300 !!!
INSANE (in my opinion).
I have had 3 copies of this so called hard to find annual.
The most I paid was a fiver in 2007 in a Notting Hill comic book shop.
Obviously that is 19 years ago but personally I think the pink annual is hype.
Plenty out there.
Personally, I found the Troughton second annual the hardest to locate and paid £50 for it.
The Hartnell second annual is increasing in value as is the last annual (Colin Baker) that WD put out.
I say I have all the annuals but in reality I don't have "Invasion From Space" William Hartnell 1966...not an actual annual but same format and WD.
Got the CD lol but these are readily available.
This, I think, is the rarest Dr Who Annual.....
Although I suppose it's just one story and not really part of the annual series....

Its pretty rare to fine one in good condition let alone mint. Always hoped on my travel down my local boot sale to see one in a pile of annuals. Never have sadly.

Okay, as promised jim244. Here are some annuals bought that I had delivered recently. Still waiting on some other annuals & comics bought. Anyway, here's a Dandy issue #361 1948 in VG condition, Dandy 1962 book in nr mint condition, and some early 1960s Topper annuals, dated 1960/61/62/63. All unclipped, some inscribed, in FN- to FN condition. :)

I won five Popeye Specials (Polystyle) on ebay and collected them on Thursday. None of them have been indexed on Grand Comics Database which is why I bought them.

Only ever had a couple, I think 1976 and 78 ones.
Aware of a couple more.
Never knew so many were made by TV Comic.
And neither did the GCD by the sounds of it !!!!
Nice work Sir, what were the ones you got that weren't indexed?

Thanks jim244. As said, the Dandy was in amazing condition. It was in such good order I could stand it up on its edge and take a photo. :)

Update: Sourced a lovely 1959 Topper no.5 annual and secured two Beano comics no.372 from 1949, and a Beano no.746 1957 with a panel of original Shipwrecked Circus art. Whenever they are delivered will upload some pics.

The Popeyes were:
Popeye Holiday Special 1975/76/77 (1976 has centre pages missing)
Popeye Winter Special 1976/78

Only paid £13.08 including postage. Three were Good+, one was fair and the fifth had the centre pages missing.

Two weeks ago I picked up 55 copies of Charles Buchan's Football Monthly at Kempton Park Antiques Fair for £20. They were 1950s to early 1970s issues. The seller said they'd bring more issues to the next fair which was yesterday. There was no sign of the seller yesterday but I didn't come home empty handed as I picked up 64 copies of Mad Magazine for £30. 1980s issues including three specials.

I loved Mad as a kid. I’ve read a few issues recently and they still tickle my sense of humour. I have an almost complete set of the UK issues by T&P with only 3 missing which I must complete at some time.

Although I'm trying to sell my comics collection I will be hanging onto my Mad magazines along with a few other much loved titles. I've always had a soft spot for Mad. Luckily Don Martin, Mort Drucker, Dave Berg, Jack Davis, George Woodbridge and Angelo Torres were still contributing in the 1980s.

Just obtained a very nice snow-capped Beano comic No.221 from December 18th 1943 in FN condition. Also, a snow-capped Dandy No.335 1947 in FN-, an Easter Beano No.559 1953 in VG, and a Beano comic No.764 1957 with original "Shipwreck Circus" panel art done by Paddy Brennan.
