Rooneys goal was jammy, the way he celebrated as well the big head his only scored a couple of goals this season.

I'm pleased Spurs didn't win the Olympic stadium.
At least West Ham fans won't be able to see how badly they're playing with the running track in the way when they play in Championship League with 15,000 crowds next season.

Rooney himself admitted that he's previously let the fans down with his lack of goals this season. If United had lost, I think a lot of people would be questioning why on Earth Berbatov was on the bench.

 No chance!

EDIT: Man Utd 1 Crawley 0 - I was expecting a bigger victory than that, so congratulations to Crawley for keeping the score so low.

Of course I didn't expect Crawley to win, but they played well.

Sad news, former Bradford, Wolves, Southampton and Spurs defender Dean Richards died last night after a long illness. He was only aged 36.

I saw that, so young, but what did he die of?

He was diagnosed with an inner ear infection but surely it couldn't have been that.

I agree. Sounds familiar - that's how my Dad died. RIP Dean. It's always a shame when people die before their time.

Rooney has scored at Chelsea even though he should have been banned.

A birthday card came round today for a colleague who supports Arsenal, I always write something amusing and came up with this - Arsenal's new Dutch signing:

Karma... Man Utd lost, 2-1. And the ref wasn't afraid to show the red card. :(
