And yes, the previous monthly Beano was called Beano Superstars, although the first few issues were simply Beano Specials.

I'm not sure if MK reprints Team Toxic or not but that mag started in January 2003. Toxic began in October 2002.

Ah, I thought Toxic also started in 2003. In any case, it's the only Turkish comic on Egmont's Turkish websites which even remotely resembles Toxic. If it doesn't print Team Toxic or the other Toxic comic strips, then it looks like they aren't reprinted there.
