Luckily nobody cares about boys' own adventures so annuals of those from pretty much the whole second half of the twentieth century are rarely into double figures!
If you have big runs of comics that are all in good nick it might be worth considering getting them bound (if you can find a book binder that is, they're a bit thin on the ground these days and it'll only get worse). Binding will 'reduce the value' of the individual comics, say people who know the cost of everything and the value of nothing. You can then store them on shelves and they will require much less care to keep in good condition. One of these days I'll be getting my great big stack of Roy of the Rovers into nice grass-coloured bindings!
