What comics did you buy today?

Talk here about just about anything associated with British comics or story papers and the industry that does not fit in any other forum.

Nor did I until I keyed in "UK horror comic" in Google. Got some good reviews and looking forward to reading it.

It looks lovely! The castle must be extremely rare as I can't believe many of those survived.

The first 51 issues of Cor!! for under £2 per issue (including P&P).

Marney the Fox arrived - looks fantastic, beautifully produced hardback.
3 x War picture library annuals
3 x Battle (with Storm Force) comics
2 back isssue of the Phoenix
the Useleus book (from Bog Eyed books).
One issue of Vulcan comic (2nd series)

A good haul.

Previously I had ordered Misty & Scream! from Forbidden Planet. I just hope it is as good as Scream! & Misty. ;)

3 Transformers Marvel UK Holiday specials (8,9 and 10)

All picked up on a trip to the Vintage toy shop Leicester.

Also grabbed a worlds smallest Transformer Starscream as well :wink:

Picked up three Toppers from 1960/61 in Deptford market for 50p each. Plus six CSI dvd box sets for 50p each. Five were half series sets only one a complete season. And a Judy Garland double cd and an Alice Fay single cd also 50p each.

final issue of weekly roy of the rovers i needed :D so technically finished but i have 1 issue with the centre poster missing so gonna try get it in 30th century on thursday as i know they have at least 1 in stock according to web site.

edit : so i already had that issue that will teach me to update lists or be able to read my my own writing im annoyed oi wasted that money which could have went towards a comic i needed.
