I have a nice big collection of the EC reprints as well. No one can beat EC for horror and sci fi.
Slim pickings at the flea market lately, only two stalls there on Friday because of the rain and on Saturday I walked the entire length of Deptford High Street in the rain in my shirtsleeves, but I prefer rain to hot sunny weather. Have never liked summer. I'm checking the weather for tomorrow as I'm hoping to go to Kempton Park antiques fair.

On Friday I got Hotspur 631 (1948).
Today I got volume 1 of The Tomorrow people complete Look-in strips book.
At £51 including delivery,I thought was over priced but decided to get it as I have all the strips other than the 2 unpublished ones which are presented here.
I was wrong to think it was over priced, in reality it is a gigantic beautifully printed very high quality book that totally exceeded all of my expectations. Totally recommended.
What really interested me was that the unprinted pages were found and purchased by Shaqui Le Vesconte who was on a Look in website that I was also a member of many years ago.
Nice additions to your collection there jim224. In particular love the "Tomorrow People" Look-in strip book bought. Coincidentally, I've recently seen one for sale featuring the "On the Buses" strips. Been meaning to get one seeing I own 20+ pages of original art.

So the above is the link to the book that you mention Into The Abyss.
I wonder whether this is genuine or a fan made collection of scans??
I'm aware of Rebellions' (in conjunction with Treasury of British Comics) fantastic Look-In collections of;
Story of the Beatles
Space 1999
Robin of Sherwood
The Tomorrow People
I am uncertain if this is another great release by this company or a cash in.
Any ideas anyone??
BTW:Yes I read previously that you had original art from this strip and that is fantastic !!!
Absolutely brilliant collectors items to have obtained.
Harry North was a genius !!

Just realised that as I thought, this isn't an official release,as first tackled by our own Richard S in his excellent blog back in April.

It is fan made Sir,I put a link in a post above from Richard S. blog.
However,it appears to be of good quality from what little I have seen of it.

Oh, sorry jim224, shows how observant I am. If it's fan made they've done a superb job.

Only need 1985 to complete a second set.
Now you’re just being greedy!

Lovely set(s). I’ve got one complete set and that’s enough for me!

Picked up Marvel 2 part comic 1984/5 Sheena official adaption of the movie and DC Secret Origins 1973/4 issues 1,3,4,6,7. For £10 from the town market. They had a few boxes loaded with 2000AD comics but I was on the lookout for comic titles I don't have in my collection.
A word about free gifts with todays children's comics some of them look pretty good especially some gifts I have seen with Thomas the Tank Engine comics if I was young I'd be asking my parents for them.

Coincidentally I had a complete collection of Starlord comics including ThunderCats too in the early nineties before selling both. Wish I'd kept them now. Took me ages to source them all. Hours upon hours looking in boot sales, looking through classified ads in my local newspaper, and I even had an advert in the Yellow Free Ads.

Had delivery of a Dandy comic No.411 from October 8th 1949 in VG condition. It has the odd edge nick, some creases, usual wear & tear, but still nice .

Bought myself a Dandy comic No.409 from 1949 to pair it with a page of Keyhole Kate artwork by Allan Morley that I own. Pic asap.
