Excellent.
Thanks again jim244. Getting there slowly. Also, last night check my Beano collection to see how many issues of there were in 1949. About 38. Anyway, I need 27 issue to complete that run. :)

Update: Sourced another Dandy needed. Issue No.387 1949. Also had delivery today of a superb Dandy annual from 1952 in fantastic condition. And another from 1962, again in a similar condition. Will upload very soon . 8)

Abyss; first have to say how envious I am over your Dandy collection. :notworthy:

I take it that you aiming to collect the full run of The Dandy?

And if so, what years do you have?

Sorry if you have already been asked this.

Thanks SID. Yeah, I have nearly a full year of 1949 Dandy comics. literally got a handful left to find. Also trying to collect a full year of Beano 1949 too. About 38 issues needed in that run too. Got quite a few already. :)

Bill Melvin....The first artist to start the Dr Who comic strip...
Dandy Annual... Brilliant
Red Dwarf....Well I absolutely adore the TV series and the paperbacks but never liked the magazine version
Me and my Brother always joke about the Lister thing...
He loves the show and books also
so we always talk about our 5 year plans to get a farm on Figji !!
