Thanks Richard.S. Yeah, been a long journey. Will upload a picture of them all as soon as humanly possible. Nearly completed another years too. Got only 7 Dandy issues left needed to complete the 1946 run. And I also have 14 out of 37 issues needed to complete the Beano from 1949. At the moment can't access them having been in hospital for a week and can't walk. Fell off a wall and broke/crushed by left leg tibia on the 4th October. Got a titanium plate and screws in my leg. Thanks jim244 for the kind words of encouragement as always. Yes, reaching my end goal with the 1946 run, I'm happy to say. Added quite a few more Dandy and Beano annuals in my collection too. About 20+ the last time I counted. The condition of some are breathtaking. It's a great cover, agreed.
However I love the comic strip on the cover features of the Dandy book.
Pretty original really, most annuals do not have complete comic strips on the front.
