I am not sure, but I haven't seen a Quick Reply button anywhere. You guys might want to consider adding it as it makes posting a lot easier

There is no native support for a Quick Reply button by the official PHPBB community.
There are a few mods (user modifications) around but they all have little quirks. Which is most probably why there is no official release out there yet.
The only ones that I have seen are for ProSilver and SubSilver themed forums, and ours is BO2Soft themed.
However, if you say that other forums have this function, I guess it can be down.
Do you know whether those forums are from the PHPBB community?
