Charlton & Warren #1s & Specials

I'm helping a friend here who has been left a few (20 or so) early 1960s comics. They are not in mint condition but all seem to be complete but as I've not seen them myself I can't really vouch for condition etc.

I can find all of these on eBay, from sellers in the USA mainly, but what I wanted to know is whether there's much demand in the UK and if so are there any specialist dealers that might take the lot?
