The forum will be updated tonight (7th Feb 2020) at 22:00 GMT. It will take about 4-6 hours to implement, so you should be okay to log in again from 04:00 GMT on the 8th Feb 2020, if all goes well.
If you are still logged in at 22:00 and are adding something to the forum, chances are it will be lost forever, so please do not take the risk.
It is a standard update to implement security and bug fixes. Styles and personal settings will not be affected.
