Don't know the strip but it's Peter Foster.

I agree with dishes that it is Peter Foster and I think the strip is We Are United.

Thanks a lot for your response!!! It may be, but I'm not quite sure... In Greek edition it was titled as "Ο ΒΟΥΤΗΧΤΗΣ" ("The Diver"), meaning a player trying to gain a penalty, by falling down!!!
