Can anyone help identify this Bash Street Artist?

I was reading the Bash Street Kids Book for 1991 which I recently picked up from a local charity shop.
Its mostly reprints of David Sutherland's work but there are a few strips like the below which appear to be by an artist I've never seen working on the Beano before. It has an almost Viz-like quality to it.
