What Girls Comics Would You Consider Reading/Collecting

Post by SID »

Are there any girls comics that you would consider reading/collecting (if you are not already)?
Reading comics since 1970. My Current Regulars are: 2000 AD (1977-), Judge Dredd Megazine (1990-), Spaceship Away (2003-), Commando (2013-), Deadpool and Wolverine (2023-), Quantum (2023-), Fantastic Four (2025-).

As a boy, I was never interested in girls comics.

However, thanks to Rebellion, I have become a fan of their stories that have a supernatural/horror theme.

I know a few of their comics from both IPC and DCT featured such stories but the ones that stand out to me are:

Misty
Spellbound

A friend of mine collected Misty as a child and I got her some back issues as a present.
She made me read them as she said they are still as good as she remembered when she was little.
She was right, they were excellent !!!
So Misty is my answer.

IPC's Misty and DCT's Spellbound would be my choice.

Think I mentioned this in the past. Having had a few copies of Misty come into my possession would read & collect that comic.
Well, hello there!

I used to have quite a few issues of Princess and Princess Tina, they had a varied content including some nice classic serials, I remember Lorna Doone drawn/painted by Ron Embleton. Nice photogravure pages and deep colours.
