Sorry, I can offer no help at all...but thanks for the "blast of nostalgia" I got from seeing the work of the Artist from the Lady Penelope Annual.
My sister had a Lady Penelope Annual..that explains my recognition of the style..and the alien but it is a different story that I remember.
