Meeba and Z are not in it so maybe...never was very keen on them...too gross for me..prefer more Tom and Jerry to Itchy and scratchy humour..

Well Beryl the Peril is too similar to Minnie the Minx so I'll rule her out for a start.

A Topper character sounds interesting I'll have a think before I take a guess.

I hope Meebo and Zuky return. I always thought they were an example of what The Beano SHOULD be doing - creating new characters with the tastes of today's kids in mind. Plus seeing such graphic (cartoon) violence in the once-safe pages of The Beano tickled me for some reason!

Judging by the teaser on Facebook today showing a Postman trying to avoid loads of traps, the charater will be Tricky Dicky.

Be embarrassing if I'm wrong after being so confident now.

And Beanotown's top postie makes a dangerous delivery past traps, tricks and cat-cannons in "Indiana Drones and the Postbox of Doom!" Could this be the prologue to a new Menace arriving in Beanotown?

Tricky Dicky may be too similar to the Beano strips at present such as Roger the Dodger and Dennis the Menace

I think Tricky Dicky could be different enough to warrant a place in The Beano as he is about playing practical jokes on people where as Dennis is about openly causing trouble to other people and Roger is about avoiding hard tasks.

Tricky has new hair colour..so hes not mixed up with Dennis maybe..

Also hes no longer called Dick But a nickname to hide who he really is..I do love the tricks being over the top and silly...loved the car at the end!!
