Introduction Section
I've looked all over the place, can anyone tell me where it is? And if there isn't, it might be useful to have one?
Re: Introduction Section
You're right, we don't have this. But this isn't the biggest forum around, we don't have newbies every week like certain other places I frequent.

Re: Introduction Section
Thanks. It might be useful to have to have some kind of place for new users to get to know the people that have been here for a while a bit better.
Re: Introduction Section
What better place than the forum itself, Serai? If you genuinely want to get to know the forum members better, can I suggest that you start reading all their posts on all the various threads. This will allow you to build up as thorough a picture as the forum can possibly offer you. Needless to say, if you are to allow yourself the opportunity for mature reflection on what you read, you will need to take quite some time over the activity. I did this when I first joined and I can personally recommend it. Furthermore, I also found it helpful in other ways. For example, I learned to present my points clearly, with accurate spelling and sound grammar, I learned that I wasn't always right, I learned to apologise when necessary, I learned not to post frivolous comments or create trivial threads. The most difficult lessons I had to learn were recognising the superfluous whenever I came across it, and, above all, humility. Some members may feel that I haven't quite mastered the latter but I do feel encouraged by my successes so far. These are just suggestions from an old hand at the game, Serai, and you are naturally free to ignore them. Re: Introduction Section
Or in other words, fire away and start an Introductions topic in Non-comics discussion! (and join in other threads!)
