Rover, skipper, hotspur annuals

Post by Stevendoig »

Having recently come into a heap of old 1930's to 1950's annuals of all the story papers, I'm really struggling to find a source which dates them all and lists how many annuals there were in total.

None of the books are dated, which is annoying.

Does anyone have a nice dated gallery of the annuals produced for

Rover, (the old) hotspur, wizard, skipper and adventure (adventure land annual)

Thanks in advance, and apologies as I know these weren't comics in the strictest sense, but I've got to start somewhere!

Have you checked the Annuals section on this very website :D

https://www.comicsuk.co.uk/annuals.php

It was compiled years ago, but may be of some use to you.

Al ( chap that runs this forum) is completely correct and I should have thought of that first to answer your question !!!
This site does have one of the best annual galleries on the web. Maybe THE best.
