I was planning to add a bigger version of my avatar on here. I agree that it's probably best to avoid adding images to Wikipedia for the comics pages.

Last night I added a Wikipedia page for Vic Neill, you can read it here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vic_Neill

I've tried to include a decent amount of information without becoming too trivial, but I think the article could do with a cleanup, and some of the hyperlinks need to be altered. Also, I probably need some better references (unfortunately I couldn't find much about him on the net, I tried a few times).

Cleaned it up (just a few coding errors) and fixed the references for you. I guess you copy-pasted that from the Albion British Comics wiki? You left the [1] in. At least I knew where to put the reference links!

They have List of years in comics articles on Wikipedia which list events in the comic world which happened in a given year and they are really missing stuff from British Comics for example 1937 in comics made no mention of the Dandy until I edited it a few minutes ago and 1938 in comics listed the Beano under US publications and spelt DC Thomson as DC Thompson a spelling error which seems to appear very often.

Yeah, the Topper wasn't mentioned either and there wasn't even a 1953 in comics page (it was a redirect to 1950s in comics). Added it and removed the redirect (replaced with a copy/paste from the 1950s page, I'll let someone more knowledgeable on the American comics sort it out properly). Looks like there's a lot of work to do there, as I bet the vast majority of UK titles are ignored.

It most definitely is! I've moved on, i've created a new strip. Pea-brain and Carrot-brain. It's about the stupidest pea you can see, and his friend, Carrot-brain. Who is afraid of being in a bunny's tummy. They both tease each other about being in tummys, but, they're never going to be eaten, right? It's a good little strip and i hope i can draw more. I've just drawn my fourth strip. Pea-brain goes to see the other "e-brains" in town through taxi, but he is left red-faced at the end when he finds that he himself is "Iforgothisfee-brain!"" I've finished my fifth strip, this time Pea-brain meets all the "oke-buttons" in town.

Would you provide a sample? I'm intrigued to see if you're serious about this, or just winding up Harry Rickard.

So you obviously haven't moved very far, then.
yanobandy wrote:and his friend, Carrot-brain. Who is afraid of being in a bunny's tummy.
Hopefully, as you move up the school, some enlightened teacher will introduce you to the concept of the relative pronoun. Of course I can't guarantee that you will understand it as I can only judge your abilities from what you write.
yanobandy wrote:i hope i
Another fact that you might care to bear in mind when constructing any more of your content-free posts is that when you wish to refer to yourself, the word i must ALWAYS, without exception, be a CAPITAL letter.
yanobandy wrote:Pea-brain goes to see the other "e-brains" in town through taxi
In which part of the British Isles does anybody go anywhere through taxi? Surely, even in your vegetable-infested bunny world, the peas and carrots would still travel by taxi.
yanobandy wrote:"Iforgothisfee-brain!"
I'm assuming that the fee that Pea-brain did not have was to pay the taxi driver. Up here where I live we have always referred to this payment as a fare, a word which, if you think about it carefully, would have given you ...fare-brain, which could turn out to be very useful to you, because in spelling and pronunciation it has a great affinity with hare-brain. You could perhaps introduce a hare into the plot, possibly as an ally for the vegetables in their constant attempts to remain intact, the hare clearly being bigger and stronger than the bunny. Furthermore, you could also add the word scheme, so giving yourself an alternate perception of the whole saga, which could quite properly be described as a hare-brained scheme.

What? :|

I'm sorry but seriously. Now I see why you thought 'Are you Ready for the Question, Noel?' was funny.

Nice article Jonny! Some really interesting stuff there! :)

Could someone add references and links to the recently made Mr Meecher page which I just edited? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Meeche ... ol_Teacher

You forgot to mention the artist! Edited to add that and correct a couple of typos. Also changed the last sentence per WP:CRYSTAL.

Thanks James! I didn't make the page before you ask, I just edited a bit because there was some mention on it about me apparently being a ghost artist of the comic strip.

*Checks page history* Crikey, the last thing Wikipedia needs is people making stuff up. It's a tiny piece of fan artwork used as belonging to a character in the strip, not you ghosting the strip itself. Beandand (yanobandy, right?) needs to check his facts.

I see your own page got deleted, no surprise there. Something else Beandand got wrong.
